(hereinafter Mid MI SCI) makes no warranties about any Donor’s accuracy, competency or reliability, or of the Buyer’s satisfaction with their purchase. General – Any hunts, trips, goods or services purchased by Buyer at auction are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some hunts have minimum bids and will not be sold unless the minimum is met. In order to protect our outfitters, Mid-Michigan SCI reserves the right to reject any bid.ĩ. All discrepancies are between buyer and the outfitter.Ĩ. Bidder must confirm dates for the hunt with the outfitter.ħ.
It is the bidder's responsibility to contact the outfitter about hunting details within 30 days from the conclusion of the auction to obtain available dates and timely application of necessary permits/licenses. (e.g., two African hunts or two New Zealand hunts)Ħ. A hunt cannot be combined with another hunt without the outfitter's permission. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, MasterCard or Visa.ĥ. Payment must be received for items purchased on the night of the auction.ģ.
